PENZU

     What is Penzu?

Penzu is an online diary and personal journal that is focused on privacy.With a uniqe and compelling user experince,it makes writing online as easy and intuitive as writing on a pad of paper.

     Who can use?

Everybody can use.

     How can we use?

This free, web-based service has an easy to use interface sign up for account,click the New Entry buton,and start typing.You can also upload pictures to your entires on the fly from your computer or a Flickr account.Penzu’s great privacy features let you lock down individual posts,or all your entries,depending on your preference.Alternatively,you can use e-mail an entry to someone anonymously or via your Penzu identity.

Graph Tools

• The Graph Tools website gives users the choice of creating line graphs or bar graphs. The site is designed for simplicity and fast graph generation. Users simply select the type of graph they wish to create, then enter data for up to five different graphing lines. They can then elect to connect points, show a legend and fill areas underneath points in the graph, as well as define the width and height of the graph in pixels. Graphs are generated automatically after you've entered the data and saved to your hard drive, where you can access them directly.

  Create a Graph

  • The Create A Graph website provided by the U.S. Department of Education is targeted to children; however, its features and benefits can be taken advantage of by anyone. Users are able to create bar graphs, line graphs, area graphs, XY plot graphs and pie graphs (also known as pie charts.) Upon selecting a graph type, users can modify the colors of the graph's background and grid, as well as the legend position. The third step has users entering relevant data that will be graphed before they move on to adding labels, if they wish, previewing the final product, and then printing or saving the graph to their hard drive

  
  
   

My Birthday

Bilgisayar muafiyet sınavını geçemediğimi öğrendiğimde çok üzülmüştüm bir yıl boyunca derse gelmeyi zaman  kaybı olarak görüyordum çünkü. Ancak zaman ilerledikçe yanlış düşündüğümü anladım zira bu derste öğrendiklerim ilerde kaybettiğimi sandığım zamanımı kazandıracaktı. Birçok bilgisayar programını kullanmayı, bilgisayarın donanım özelliklerini öğrendim. İkinci dönem Pelin Hocamız video hazırlamamızı isteyince çok zorlanacağımı ve sıkılacağımı düşündüm. İşe ses kaydıyla başladım, ardından eski fotoğraflarımı toparlamaya çalıştım aceleyle, bir de fon müziği ayarlamak vardı tabi. Bunları ayrı ayrı ele almak kolay oldu fakat iş movie maker da bir araya getirmeye gelince biraz zorlandım.Ses kayıtlarım birkaç defa silindi her seferinde yeniden kaydetmek zorunda kaldım hatta son ses kaydımı bir kafenin lavabosunda alelacele yapmak zorunda kaldım biri gelipte ses yapacak, kayıt yarıda kalacak diye çok korktum  ama sonunda başardım. Videom hazırdı artık, ve bunu kendim yapmış olmam beni ayrıca mutlu ediyordu. Hemen arkadaşlarımın yaptıkları videolara baktım onların da aynı şekilde bu işin üstesinden gelmiş olduklarını görünce daha da mutlu oldum. Bu programı artık ileriki hayatımda da kullanabilecek düzeyde öğrendiğime inanıyorum hatta bir arkadaşımın doğum gününe güzel bir video hazırlamak için çalışmaya başladım bile. Bundan sonra hangi programı öğreneceğimizi merak etmiyor değilim. Gelişen teknolojıye birebir ayak uyduramayabilirim ancak böylesi kullanılabilir ve işlevsel bilgisayar programlarını kullanmayı öğrenmem gerektiğinin farkındayım, artık bunun bir gereklilik olduğu düşüncesindeyim ve bu da benim derse karşı olan ilgi ve isteğimi paralel olarak arttırıyor. Her ne kadar muafiyet sınavını geçen arkadaşlarım sınavı geçemediğim için benimle dalga geçseler de ben bu durumdan oldukça memnunum, bu ders sayesinde her hafta birşeyler daha öğrenme fırsatı buluyorum. E tabi derse olan ilgimi arttıran tek şey işlenen konular ve ders içeriği değildi. Unutulmamalı ki karşınızdaki insana yalnızca ne anlattıığınız değil onu nasıl anlattığınız da önemlidir ve Pelin Hocamız benim tanıdığım neyi nasıl anlatacağını bilen insanlardan biri. Bir dönem boyunca takıldığımız, anlamadığımız her noktayı büyük bir sabırla tekrar tekrar anlatırken ne bir bıkkınlık gösterdi ne de umursamaz bir tavır takınarak soru sorma isteğimizi köreltti. Eğer olur da kendimi bu konuda başarılı sayacak olursam hocamın da bu konudaki yardımlarını da görmezden gelemem.
